Carrington, Swanson Sign Supply & Licensing Agreements
Carrington Laboratories, Inc., Irving, TX, has entered into a two-year, non-exclusive supply agreement for Manapol powder and a licensing agreement for the Manapol trademark and logo with Swanson Health Products (SHP), Fargo, ND. Under the terms of the agreements, Carrington will supply SHP with Manapol powder for use in new product additions to the current Swanson brand. In return, SHP will be responsible for marketing and distributing these products containing Manapol powder to consumers via SHP’s mail-order catalog business and website.
